The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi

We had Average Experience at Coffee Shop , The food is good, OM and Thomas are good servers, but one server Aditya Spolied the mood , Would like to share the Bad Experience: I had ordered a 1 green Tea and the same was served using a tea pot which he got to the table, first he refused to keep the tea pot on the table and said we serve only in cup, second I asked him to get an empty cup as my wife wanted to taste the green tea and he again refused to make her taste the same green tea, and then he got and empty cup and asked that we can share it. I am a privileged member of Taj and such requests let down by a junior staff is very awkward and spoils the image of the Hotel. Was it really a big deal to place the tea pot on the table ? Mr. General manger I will like to have your contact details and learn why such things happen at delhi hotel only and not at your various hotels in India.

The entire stay was worth cherishing and got etched in our hearts. From the reception to the departure all imvolvedkept the flag of Taj high.Special word of appreciation to Mr Karan at the front desk who made the checkin process and further extension very smooth and his professionalism is worth mentioning. Team at Taj Club specially Akshat and Harjyot are great ambassadors of the elite club. Ever smiling, warm hospitality with personal touch made us feel at home. Finally Mr Hyder during checkout was again a thorough gentleman who made the process seamless with personal touch. There are few more names who are worth mentioning but i cant recall them incl Mr Rana. Pl convey our heartfelt thanks to all of them. Regards Aashish Chauhan

Recently I stayed at Taj Mahal, New Delhi with my family. What an iconic hotel!! It was purely fascinating. We had such a wonderful experience, one that has been etched in my mind. We dined at the Club Lounge, the dishes prepared by Chef. Aashi were remarkable. We had chicken pesto sandwiches, truffle mushroom sandwiches and fries among many other delicacies and dishes prepared by her. I must put on record, I have never had such delicious truffle mushroom sandwiches. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals at the Club Lounge. Mr. Luxmi is so efficient and caring, he takes care of each and every guest. I have observed him very closely, he is always on his toes attending to each and every guest with a smile on his face. Also, we were served breakfast by Mr. Rana who is also extremely skilled and efficient. Chef Aashi is truly an asset to Taj Mahal, New Delhi. I am taking home some beautiful memories of this palatial and magical hotel.
