Exceptional service
We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Palace, and the concierge service truly made the experience exceptional. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. A special thanks to Dhruv Sharma, who went above and beyond: always responsive, proactive, and ready to help, even after we had already checked out. This level of service creates comfort, trust, and a real desire to return. A perfect example of true Taj hospitality. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel

Karan , rohit , subarna from front office are there good job during out check in . And Hemant & Anand from housekeeping and Shagun the floor manager had done great job . We really enjoyed the machan food as well.
