Beautiful hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. Highly recommend. The rooms facing the street can be a little noisy though. I would request a courtyard room if you’re a light sleeper. I do wish the little sundries shop was open all hours so you could grab a bottle of water, for example.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I love the old charm mixed with luxury. We stayed there as part of a wedding group. All of the employees are so friendly and professional. The rooftop pool and bar are a huge plus to just chill. Absolute perfect location as well to all the shopping restaurants and fun bars. You won’t regret it.

Located in the heart of the Quarter, just two blocks from Jackson Square, one block from Bourbon Street and an easy stroll over to Frenchmen Street. The entire hotel exudes old-world style and class. Our room was small (courtyard view) but fine for us. The courtyard has a great semi-private patio to sip morning coffee or just relax. Perfect way to start the day! For this specific room the bathroom is very small, so keep that in mind. Carpet in the room was “well-worn” and could use a good cleaning/replacement. Staff were friendly and the property very safe.

Beware: this is not a 4 or even 3 star hotel. Room and overall hotel is dirty. Poor, inadequate and inconsistent internet. Housekeeping skipped my room 2 of my days. A/C issue with the rooms. My room would not cool; others had the opposite problem. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. The only plus here is the location. However I would not stay here.
