Immaculate room, comfortable bed, 5-star meals, friendliest staff - this hotel is where you want to be!!! My special requests for room were taken care of before arrival. Staff knew me by name after check-in. A formal seated, 3-course dinner for 1000 was served hot and perfectly prepared! Delicious meals in the dining room with surprisingly wide choice of special items. I love this hotel!!

Pretty disappointed all around. The base room was large and the shower great, but furniture had stains. Trash in the hallways. Zero help with bags at check in or checkout. Bell staff not available or interested in holding doors as we came in and went out with a stroller. Rooftop bar closed. No food available when we checked in as the restaurant and in room dining closed between lunch and dinner hours. No food available after 10:30pm, including room service. No food before 7am on the weekend. We had to ask multiple times to have a fridge delivered. When we asked about nearby restaurants open early or late, we were told to just use Uber eats - super helpful. Incorrect information provided about Hilton Diamond benefits at check in. Not sure what the root of all these problems is, but it's hard to believe this is a Conrad. I've had better experiences at Doubletree, Hilton, and Embassy Suites. Yikes.

I go to NYC a few times a year for work. Lately I've been staying in lower Manhattan and recently decided to stay at the Conrad downtown based on the many great reviews I read. The review are spot on - excellent service, spacious rooms, quiet (never heard usual NY noise - sirens, trucks, etc), near the Hudson river, and close to several of the great neighborhoods. My wife never got tired of the river views and the adult children loved the room comfort and cool designs throughout the hotel. The shower pressure is fantastic. Near the World Trade Centers and financial district. Will certainly return!

Thank You to the amazing staff at Conrad New York Downtown for making my 50th birthday celebration so memorable!! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The suites are roomy and clean with great amenities. Everyone was so nice and attentive, starting from the time we booked to all of follow up emails from the reservation department. They offered great recommendations for dining and sight seeing. They even had a special treat in room for my big day :) The General Manager Chinton took the time to meet and chat with us which was so kind of him. We will definitely be back to the Conrad hotel. I had an amazing stay at the Conrad Downtown and a lot of it is thanks to Darwin, who really went above an beyond. I am a Hilton Diamond member and thanks to Darwin, I received a really wonderful upgrade to a King Suite. The room was beautiful, spacious and quiet and perfect for getting work done and relaxing. The bathtub is lovely too, and was important to me since I really value taking a bath when I'm on vacation. The daily food and beverage credit allowed me to enjoy a tasty breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The location is nice and quiet too and right on the water. I'm always impressed with my stays at Conrad properties and so happy to have had another amazing stay.
