The staff treats all guest like family and is very attentive to your needs. We had a medical emergency on day 1, and the staff called 911 and got us an ambulance to a nearby hospital saving my husband's life. We were able to get back within 15 hours and enjoy our 9 days at the hotel.

We called for valet upon our arrival and were immediately attended to! We stepped into the lobby and were taken back to the big band era. The decor was tasteful and well done. It was warm and inviting. Upon checking in we were offered complimentary champagne to take to our rooms or enjoy in the lobby. This was available until 11 pm, which we loved! Our room had plenty of storage, and a Google chrome cast so we could cast our favorite applications to the television! The bathroom was very clean, as were the surfaces and in the hotel room, the floors and our bed. We loved the mini-bar and found the prices to be very reasonable. The bed was not too firm and not too soft. On day 2 we called for a blanket and two more pillows and they were delivered within five minutes. Customer service was great, valet was great, and the beverages in the restaurant were tasty! We will definitely be back.

Room was very clean. Check-in process was very smooth. All staff members were excellent and very responsive. Beautiful little hotel.

Gild Hall is a wonderful hotel. The lobby and restaurant are great and gives a super relaxing vibe. The decor is beautiful. The rooms are really nice as well. The best part was the staff. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top notch. We received champagne, and they were so accommodating. So nice. So friendly. Highly recommend staying and if you are just in the neighborhood, pop in for a drink at the bar! 

Right from the moment we pulled up to the front of the hotel and entered the front door, it was like we entered a very good friends living room. Robert Pechnilbutr welcomed us like at no other hotel. He gave us a glorious room with wonderful accommodations and surprised us with a way to honor my son and family. We quickly dropped our bags and visited The Cradle of Aviation museum and then came back and explored lower Manhattan. All through our stay we felt very cared for by Robert just like a honored guest in his home. I can see this young man running the best hotel in the world that is how much respect I have for him. He knows how to welcome and care for people. I don’t know who taught him growing up or if he innately knows but few have his gift and we certainly will remember it and this stay at Gild Hall that my son arranged for all of us to be together.
