There is no better place to stay in NYC than the Lowell! Quiet, understated elegance with exceptional service and an extraordinary location near shopping, Central Park, and fabulous restaurants!

One of the finest City hotels anywhere! Comparable to the Peninsula in Chicago, yet more personal and intimate. Better than the Peninsula in NYC!

The lowell Hotel is by far my favorite hotel in NYC! Such a beautiful and safe location and walkable to all the amazing shopping and restaurants that the city has to offer. I stayed for 16 days and was treated like a Princess. Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping to management were so kind to me. The hotel is so lovely and spotless and room service was delicious. I can't say enough positive things about The Lowell Hotel. I am returning for my 3rd trip in October and can't wait!

We just returned from another wonderful stay at the Lowell. The staff greeted us like old friends - each one went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, and our housekeeper kept it in perfect order. We love Jacques Bar - the epitome of Upper East Side sophistication, with delicious food to go along with the imaginative cocktails. Dinner at Majorelle is not to be missed. The Lowell's location makes it easy to visit the shops on Madison Avenue, Central Park, the Frick Collection and the Metropolitan Museum. It's the perfect spot. We love staying there and can't wait for our next visit.

The Lowell makes you feel like the distinguished guest in a private residence. With impressive touches like private terraces and working fireplaces it’s not your typical hotel. Each room feels unique and the staff go above and beyond particularly for Leaders Club Aurelian members. Will definitely stay next time I’m in nyc.
