Just completed another excellent stay at the Omni Berkshire. The level of customer service is beyond excellent. The staff are wonderful from management to room service, hose cleaning, front desk, and doormen. Exceeds all expectations. I look forward to my next stay!

We spent Mothers Day weekend at the Omni. Great location, room and bed were comfortable, quiet. Only had a drink at the bar so can’t say anything about food. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was fine, but they mistakenly billed me even though I had paid via a third party booking service. They were having a cyber incident at the time and the front desk was a mess. Mistakes happen, but I have called the hotel directly and left 2 messages, submitted 2 requests online and received no response. I called the central customer service number and been on hold for 45 minutes. This is super frustrating.

Excellent hotel with excellent service: close to all attractions. Hotel staff is amazing from check'in to out and all things in between. Upgraded to an amazing suite with beautiful views: coffee service is such a blessing to have delivered to our room: wonderful birthday surprises sent to our room. a great place to come home to after a long day of site seeing and broadway shows. Omni has such an old world charm as well as a certain comfortable level of sophistication. Stay enough to get champion status and the perks are amazing. Loved NYC and the OMNI Bershire

Excelent location: 1 min. to 5th Avenue, 8 min. to Rockefeller Center, 12 min. to Central park, 20 min. to Public Library/Bryant Park, 25 min. to Grand Central Terminal or Broadway's Theatres. We have choosen double executive room with terrace (no special view but we were in 21st floor, so you see the high buildings all around you ). Nice team not only at the reception desk, everytime ready to help!
