Great Hotel
Mom, Daughter (21st) Birthday Trip! 1st room we had was musty, oldish but went down and front desk graciously gave us a new room! While we waited walked across the street through Central Park! Everything went so smoothly! Thank you Park Lane

The Big 50 birthday
Loved our week, staff were so friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade and took it for a view of the park. Breakfast team and bar team were great, breakfast is a bit overpriced at @ $75 per person. We had as part of our room rate, otherwise there are some great coffee shops around. My only other advice is make sure you account for the $49 + taxes for resort fees charged everyday, I wish hotels would just include in the overall price. But overall a great stay, in a great location, but more importantly a great team.

Flawless
Front desk, America, was professional and informative. He gave us recommendations, explained all the details of checking in. All the staff have been so sweet. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and after walking over 10 miles it is needed.

the same staff in the time slots of each day, you do not need to explain to a new employee how you like the services, that’s something very appreciated by guess Special mention to Grisila Suarez, Carlos Freire, Manuel at front desk and guys at Rose Cafe, or lady’s at Housekeeping they made our stay more than successful and nice.

A Great Place to Conduct Business.
The staff and room were outstanding. The location is a prime area to conduct business meetings. Plus, the Park is right across the street.
