This hotel is beautifully designed clean minimal functional and best of all the staff and the service are fantastic!! The rooms are quiet elegant and very clean. The service team at the checkin area are very helpful and professional. I also appreciated the staff at the food counter, everyone was friendly. Great experience great value will stay here again!

Nola saved my life tonight. So I lose my phone on a biz trip. Didn’t have it all day. Searched where I was, nothing. Nola’s running the desk at Public. I asked her if a phone has been found. She asked, what’s the background pic? Five mins later, her & her team present me with my phone. I love New York. Protecting drunks and idiots for over 300 years. Cheers

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Public. The room was chic with amazing views and no clutter. Loved the morning wellness classes and breakfast restaurant. I’d especially like to point out the staff all of whom were friendly and efficient and top notch. Only thing I’d mention is that the bathrooms in the rooms aren’t super private , if you’re staying with someone and modesty is an issue.

We had a wonderful time! Our room was lovely and very well appointed. Your staff is amazing! We especially enjoyed having Mackenzie Crockett serve us on the rooftop Saturday night!
