An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas

I had a 2-day, 1-night stay at L’Alya Resort. Everything was wonderful, and I was very impressed by the staff here, especially our butler-Mr. Anh, who was professional and attentive. Although they weren’t our butlers, Mr. An and the manager-Ms. Anh, were also very friendly and helpful. Mr. Mau, the staff at the beach, gave us a lot of support with kayaking and also helped take some beautiful photos for us at the beach. The 2-bedroom beachfront villa was fully equipped, airy and clean, suitable for groups of friends or families, though the facilities seemed a bit worn out. The resort offers many beautiful spots for taking photos, such as in front of the Beach front villa, the jetty at sunset, and especially the Mangrove Escape, I’m sure not many guests know about this hidden gem. The only downside was the breakfast buffet service. The waiter named Huy, was very kind and attentive, but the female staff member seemed less professional and not take care of us as well. L’Alya is a wonderful place for rest and relaxation. I will definitely come back if I get the chance.

My friends and I had a peaceful, refreshing escape together. Surrounded by nature, the resort offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for anyone wanting to disconnect and unwind. The colorful sunset over the bay was truly breathtaking — one of the highlights of our stay. The service was exceptional. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our time there. A special thanks to our butler Hồng Anh, who was incredibly supportive and took care of us with such kindness and attention to detail. We also really appreciated Ân and P.Anh from the Front Office team — both were very nice and helpful, and made us feel warmly welcomed. The Housekeeping and F&B teams also did a great job, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and comfortably behind the scenes. Although the villa felt a bit old and could use some renovation, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyable experience. We really wished we had more time to join some of the resort’s wonderful activities, such as the early morning snorkeling tour, romantic sunset cruise, and private BBQ dinner by the beach — perfect experiences to enjoy with friends or loved ones. The hiking trail and spa also seemed excellent and are definitely on our list for next time. L’Alya is a place where you can truly feel the care in every detail. We hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended for groups of friends, couples, or anyone looking to relax in nature with warm, genuine service.

Me and my wife had an incredible time at L’Ayla. We stayed in the rock pool villa and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The villa, pool & views were unbelievable. this was an extremely luxurious experience & we didn’t want to leave. Our butler Vu was brilliant and was on hand taking care of every small detail Before we even thought of it, such as booking us the best table at the restaurant for dinner, bringing us breakfast at our villa every morning and even giving us helpful advice for our onward travels. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Wonderful beach ressort with djungle all around. Looks like in paradise. We - Family of four - had a breathtaking Villa with private pool and our outstanding butler Vu has read every possible wish from our eyes. We made wonderful excursions, organised by him, snorkeling, djungle picnic, and saw the amazing black shanked langurs. Lovely staff all around, incredibly friendly, Food is amazing. We will definitely come back!

Everything was exceptional! We stayed here for a few days and it was our best hotel in Vietnam. The staff were impeccably friendly, our villa was beautiful and clean, and the food excellent. There are activities such as a spa massage, hiking and padel. It’s a real haven of peace that we recommend 100%. Thanks !
