This upscale hotel is one of the best experiences we had in our many international travels. Despite its opulence, the staff here are warm and friendly and make you feel at home. They have all the amenities you would want including a gym. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, including very comfortable robes and slippers. The minibar selections were unusually diverse, including a fridge with room for a few of your own items. The rooftop “Seen” restaurant and bar provides sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and the waterfront. I highly recommend breakfast there and drinks in the evening. It appears the hotel has been recently renovated and everything seems sparkling new. An excellent choice for Nice!

A truly beautiful hotel in a superb location fronting lovely gardens and the Mediterranean. Surrounded by first class shopping and numerous cafes and restaurants. Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais and Massena Plaza are just mnutes away. The hotel is beautifully finished and in top shape. The staff are also first class and professional. Thanks to concierge Remy for arranging some great dinners.

An excellent hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. They still catch up a bit in the main restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast is good and various. Only the breakfast staff is still a bit confused. For example, the eggs benedict arrived cold on the table due to a lack of coordination between the waiters. But this is usually the case with newly opened hotels. As a titanium member, I got 3x up-grade. Champagne, sweets and fruit were waiting in the room. Thank you for being so welcoming. I recommend the hotel to everyone, especially those who love the hospitality of the Anantara chain.

Got a great room, great dinner at the rooftop and a little gym time before breakfast and leaving. Gym open 24 hrs.

Very disappointed given the price we paid. The only positive features of this hotel was the location, the concierge and front desk staff who were very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you Anthony for helping us find packaging materials for our wine!!!! The room had many issues though - clogged sink, loose faucet handle and shower door pull, scale not working. Come our 2nd day, housekeeping forgot bedside water bottles, 1 face towel and shower mat. Calling housekeeping by phone was useless as nobody answered. The restaurant had a great view of the ocean and nice ambiance. However this could not make up for the poor quality of my Niçoise salad (too much dressing, seared tuna was grey-ish and lacked freshness, way too many sliced tomatoes layered around the entire plate, not enough salad). The manager offered a substitute dish of which I ordered a salmon taco (just one, costing 20 euros) Fish was fresh, but the corn taco shell came from a box. My husband’s eggs Benedict was forgotten the last day. Def would not come back to this hotel, sorry.
