Top notch service and ambience. Classic architecture and decor. Front desk, concierge, and all staff were extremely helpful and polite. Expensive but the best place in Nice to treat yourself to a luxury experience.

Unique experience, superior service
When I arrived at the hotel, I was tired and a bit of shock that the hotel seems older than the pictures I saw on the website, and the Rivoli room means it’s on the mezzanine floor next to the street and behind the bar wasn’t what I had in mind. However the staff at the hotel, reception, concierge, the beach club, the spa and the breakfast(literally everywhere you go)were so friendly and helpful, the service is consistently beyond expectations. It’s not just an uniquely preserved hotel, it’s the unique experience that makes the hotel unforgettable. Thank you for your hospitality.
