I am satisfied with the staff and food is also good

We had a wonderful time during our stay which exceeded all my expectations. We’ve stayed a many 5 star hotels around the world, and the staff/service here were outstanding. From the reservation, I was contacted about additional offers which I had missed so I able to book a spa experience with my husband. The concierge took note of all our preferences before our stay about room temp, beverages, and pillow types. Maxance took care of us from the beginning of our stay and is a wonderful asset to your hotel. He made us feel like family. All of the staff did. We were always greeted with a smile and by name. Our tour of the art was outstanding and fun. The details that the staff took note of was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. For the afternoon snacks, my daughter love the vanilla and chocolate macarons especially along with the other flavors offered. By the end of the week, we were being sent only the vanilla and chocolate ones (to her delight). I usually don’t like to be too picky about little details because I understand the staff are busy taking care of so many things. In this case, we genuinely felt like the hotel staff cared about us. We’re not sure if love Nice or we just love the Le Negresco!! I’m going to miss the host, Francesca (sp?) at breakfast in the La Rotonde who would greet us with the best “Bonjour” and just brightened my day every morning. All these little details made our trip such a memorable experience and is truly special. I wouldn’t change a thing. I would love to recognize all the staff that helped us and wish all their names but could not catch them all. Leane and Christine (sp?) at the spa were outstanding. The front desk staff were always welcoming. The cleaning ladies were always courteous. The wait staff at Le Chantecler were wonderful - thank you Ricardo for helping us navigate the menu and entertaining us! The pianist at the dinner was an unexpected joy - playing requests from the diners. Maxance was checking in with us along the way making sure everything was seamless and also added a personal touch with a gift for my husband and I along with one just for my kids. This was such a little thing to do but made such a great impact on us and our kids. We are so very thankful and appreciative of the care and service we received at this hotel. We cannot thank the staff enough for our wonderful stay.

Excellent stay, that is an amasing hotel with wonderful service, such as Spa fascilities, swimming pool, sauna, hamman and massaging rooms. Excellent restaurants.

Truly unforgettable, the decor, the service, the location, the staff, the room, the view! I would not change a single thing and I can't wait to return. There is no better place to stay in Nice, the Negresco is ICONIC!
