Stay at Hotel
Had a lovely stay at the Intercontinental. The staff made us feel welcomed and like the most important guests in the place… even though President Biden was staying over. Hasna in the club lounge went above and beyond and made the trip. 10/10 will return. samoiy was also very good

Disappointing
Weekend getaway with my wife for her birthday. Booked for the pool and learned it was closed for the weekend upon arrival. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and alternative accommodations. Loyal to IHG, but we will not be staying at this property again.

Confusing letter
It was a lovely hotel. The only thing that bothered me was that at check-in, the hotel gave me a letter stating that I was given a daily credit of $10 for the snacks inside the mini bar of my room, as well as $15 daily credit for the Americano bar. At checkout, they tried to say that wasn't the case, even though I have the letter to prove it. They eventually credited some of it, but not all. Why give me the letter if not true?

Dads 60th Birthday
I booked my parents a room for my dad’s 50th birthday and let me tell you something I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. From the valet to the receptionist everyone was so kind. Emmanuel really helped them navigate their experience. I booked them the couples massage and added the lounge experience to their rooms and they really enjoyed themselves. I had an opportunity to stop by and I have to say I haven’t experienced that level of kindness, professionalism, cleanliness in a long time. The lobby bar is cute too, I went there for happy hour before an event at Lenox, everything was wonderful. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. Thank you guys so much for making my dad’s 60th birthday so special! May you receive an extra special blessing for your kindness! 💕

Charity event overnight stay
The hotel is beautiful and the service was great from the moment we arrived. The view from our upgraded room was amazing.
