The entertainment team is amazing! This is our second time coming here. Alma at the towel center is so nice and hospitable. We appreciate everyone’s kindness here at this resort.

Family fun in Mexico
We have had the absolute best time at Hard Rock Vallarta. We traveled with our family and another family, kids age 17 to 23! What a blast. The kids were very entertained with the night time activities. The Bruno Mars show was terrific! The entertainment staff is amazing, especially Georgia! Alma at the pool hut always greeted us with a smile and the lady in the coffee shop (don’t recall her name) made the best lattes with a heart in the foam. This property is extremely clean, secure and beautiful. The beach was great fun and we enjoyed watching the beach volleyball and activities on the beach. The staff doing drink service everywhere was also amazing. Breakfast at Ciao was our favorite but all the food was delicious. Thank you, Hard Rock. Can’t wait to visit again. It was extremely fun! This is a great property for families and anyone wanting rest and relaxation with the right amount of action with all the activities and festivities.

The resort was amazing and when we arrived we were treated with drinks from Luis aka Snoop Dogg to start off our amazing vacation. I’ve stayed at several resorts in Mexico and by far this resort has the best food. Everything here was top tier!! All the staff went above and beyond all the time. Definitely will be back

Great all inclusive resort.
This place is as exciting as you want, or as relaxing as you want. It is up to you. Make sure you find Luis at the sun bar and Alma at the towel shack, they will make sure you have a great time!
