Very mediocre. Food was bland to stale. Loud all day and till about 11 pm. Spa is very nice. Needs to be remodeled.

Jorgia is very high energy and I love seeing him around the resort! His personality and ability to talk to people is wonderful. I love joining in on the events with him! It’s a pleasure to be here and spend time with people like Jorgia and Manuel. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Jorgia is the best ! He has the best energy and he makes the resort what it is. Wouldn’t be the same without him. He deserves a major raise. He brings the energy has the best personality and is the cutest soul. The best booty shakes my family loved him. He is the reason we will be staying at the Hard Rock again. Please to anyone who goes to this place recommend Jorgia!!!

They set up the table for us ahead of time and gave us a great family experience here. Our concierge team here were fantastic. Rock Royalty is where it’s at!
