The whole experience was just fantastic. The Garden Villa we stayed in was excellent, very spacious, well maintained and housekeeping staff were excellent. Our Level contact ANTA was very friendly and helpful person, hemade or stay very comfortable and smooth. All restaurants and bar along with associated staff just excellent we couldn't fault We will highly recommend your resort, we had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely insane, such beautiful people and service. Such a magical experience. Being greeted at breakfast so kindly with Balinese music, All the team in every team are so kind and sweet. The water sports are super close and there’s heaps of water activities, surf lessons etc. Live music in most places on the beach in the evenings, Also renting bikes is super fun and there’s heaps of in house activities too. The food there is exceptional, Sakura is definite a fave. The team on room service & housekeeping there provide such a wonderful experience too. Room service really good. Poolside service even better. Good choice of restaurants. Rooms kept clean & tidy & replenished quickly. We were here during an international conference which meant there was an awful lot of military & police present.. they were pretty invisible once you got used to them all.

The food was amazing and the sport was so cool and then how they serve you on the pool side is amazing always come the service is 100% so good when widhi plays water sport is cool but to be fair everything is just so great, Ova and alep are so cool serve in towel counter and how they talk is mean thanks Meliá Bali for this great experience.

To begin with we found bed hard but with Bayu Wiguna's assistance he added another topper to our bed which was a big help. The room staff have been nothing but helpful from day one. Nothing was too much trouble and topped it if with (see photo,) a lovely and artistic decoration made from towels and made my husband's birthday very special. Also the sand scripts outside the room were magic.
