Unforgettable Stay
My wife and I stayed at The Apurva Kempinski for five days in July 2025, and it was nothing short of exceptional. This is easily one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to — the architecture, design, and lush grounds are absolutely stunning. The views are sublime, the beach is pristine, and the Nusa Dua location is ideal for a relaxing, luxurious getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The food across the resort was excellent, and everything promised was delivered with quality and care. If I had to note one minor downside, it’s that the service can be a bit slower compared to what I’m used to in Europe or the Americas — but this is a very small detail in an otherwise flawless experience. I would highly recommend The Apurva Kempinski to anyone visiting Bali. It’s a true standout, and one of the few places I’m certain I’ll return to in the future.

Rahayu, April, Dewik, and Satriya from Cliff Lounge truly went above and beyond on a daily basis during our stay from July 6-10, 2025. All their profound friendliness and attentiveness really made our Cliff Lounge experience memorable. Say no more, perfect stay!
This hotel is one of my bucket list, thank God we could experience staying here. Staffs are so friendly and helpful also all of them are sooo gorgeous. The lobby is so enormous. Wow. There are 3 area of swimming pools, exclude the private pools for each junior suites. For breakfast they have various food, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, western, local food like Balinese food, so delicious. Thank you so much!

Relaxation heaven
One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. Second time here, this time in a villa. Heaps of space and the Lounge is an added bonus! Late breakfast availability is appreciated when travelling with teenagers! Private pool and lounge area was great for relaxing in the afternoon. Just watch out for the monkeys if you have any food! Juli Artina, Krisna, Tata, Surianti and Betsy kept spoiling us with special treats throughout our stay.
