The Apurva Kempinski in Nusa Dua, Bali is a place you need to go to before you die. The Luxury Escapes deal is fantastic value and worth every cent. We stayed 7 nights and never left the hotel. It was amazing.... From the moment our driver collected us from the airport until he collected us 7 nights later we hava fantastic time. The staff at the hotel and various restaurants were genuinely happy to see you; they were smilingly friendly, personable, professional, responsive, and engaging. Perfect. Then cliff lounge option is a strong recommendation with its own breakfast (al a carte and buffet options) and check-in/out area. This area is also where you the 2 cliff lounge pools and bar - free cocktails 5-7pm. Request a high level if you want a 180 degree view of the ocean, and a lower level if you want to be protected by the wind a little and get a little mores sunshine on the pool and deck area of the room in the afternoon. A pillow menu is available which was great.

Unmatched Luxury and Warm Hospitality at Kempinski Bali
This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The lobby is absolutely breathtaking – truly the most stunning we’ve ever seen. We booked a suite with access to the Cliff Lounge, which was worth every cent. Breakfast each morning and afternoon tea were both exceptional, with a peaceful atmosphere and top-notch service. The pools throughout the resort are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Everything was clean, elegant, and clearly managed with care. A special thank you goes to Wika and Sari from the Cliff Lounge, Widi from the rooftop lounge, and Jessica from the Red Ladies – they made our stay feel extra special with their warm and genuine hospitality. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. If you’re looking for luxury, tranquility, and outstanding service in Bali – this is the place. We’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing stay with the kindest and caring service
The Apurva Kempinski is an amazing place in Nusa Dua. We have been to a number of other resorts and even though we were a bit afraid of the massive architecture of the Kempinski, we were surprised at how pleasant it was. The service at the Cliff Lounge was exceptional with Dewik and Vanny being so kind and attentive to us and our two young children. The only reason why we put 4 stars and not 5 to the room was because of the neighboring ongoing construction work which is quite noisy. The staff did all they could to give us a room on the other side (the right side next to the Ritz) and that did help. Overall, one of our best experiences in Bali and a special thanks to the amazing and very kind and caring staff
