AMAZING STAY
We had an amazing stay at the Apurva Kempinski Bali. What really made it all the better were the staff. Always friendly and helpful. Service was exceptional. We have to give special thanks to Putra in housekeeping for looking after our needs so well, along with Diva and Yuda. Our room was spotless every day, they kept our ice bucket filled and provided us with plenty of water. Thank you. Thank you to Miko at the main pool and everyone there (sorry we didn't get all your names). Always smiling and checking on our needs. We just could not fault anything. The staff at the Cliff lounge were also amazing. Could not fault the restaurants - all of them served amazing food - in room dining was also fantastic. The spa is amazing - and had some of the best massages!! Their signature massage is a must!!! We stayed 8 nights - wish we could have stayed longer - but we will be back. Hopefully very soon.

AMAZING STAY ! So memorable !
I had an amazing stay at Arpuva Kempinski Bali! The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every detail was carefully taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A very special mention goes to Vanny at the Cliff Lounge during breakfast and afternoon tea. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made each moment so enjoyable. She always greeted us with a big smile, remembered our preferences, and made us feel like VIPs every single day. This kind of service really elevates the whole experience and makes me want to come back again. Thank you, Arpuva Kempinski Bali, and especially thank you, Vanny, for making our stay so memorable!
