We stayed for our honeymoon from the US and it was such a wonderful beautiful experience. The staff the food the service beautiful hotel. From the day we got there Sujite was so kind and welcoming. Exceptional service from Sujite and Liana we enjoyed talking to them.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom Villa for 3 nights. We enjoyed the villa and the overall stay despite the rainy weather. The villa is stunning, spacious, clean and has amazing bathrooms. We also enjoy the villa pool and patio where we spent most day time at. The villa lounge is also a nice option for all day tea, coffee and light snacks. Explored the different restaurants except for the underwater one for dinner and the food and drink options are great. The spa is also one of the best ones we ever tried with amazing set up. Access to the beach is also superb and the beach was super clean! We really enjoy hanging around at the pool right by the beach. Super relaxing The only downside is that the villa is located right up front before the main lobby so access to the hotel facilities is a bit far. Overall great stay!!

We have stayed here before, the architecture is truly amazing, gardens so expansive you never have to leave the property. Swimming pools gigantic. Several restaurans to chose from and all top class. The Koral underwater restaurant an outstanding highlight. The best feature though are the staff, Arya in the Club Lounge is outstanding as are his offsiders Amar and Sintia. Arya welcomed us like we were "coming home" The Ladies in Red, Erin, Jennifer and Jacinta also were exceptional in making bookings and solving any other enquiries we had. They often checked in at the start of the day to make sure everything was going well.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Cliff Private Pool Ocean Junior Suite. We got a great deal on Luxury Escapes that included breakfast, lunch or dinner, evening canapés and drinks every night, afternoon tea, and a massage each. When we walked into the resort, we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The pictures don’t do it justice. The ocean, the many pools, the lush gardens and plants all over the roof. The cliff side set up is very striking. The staff are soooo attentive. Always helpful, courteous and smiling. From arrival to departure, the staff at every interaction were amazing. Food wise, we tried to eat at every venue included in our package. There was so much food we could barely eat it all. All very delicious. For a special birthday dinner we are at Koral, the aquarium restaurant. It was very special to sit in the tunnel and have stingrays swimming over your head while you enjoyed the degustation. Our room had everything we could need. It was private, luxurious and romantic. We staid as a couple, but would love to return with our children. Overall, we loved every second. It’s expensive, to be sure. You don’t come here for a bargain Bali experience. But we still felt we had great value for the level of luxury, with this package.
