Amazing
We went as a family and the location was amazing. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Danu and Cikal from the restaurant were incredibly helpful with the kids.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever seen.
What an incredible hotel! It's perfect in every way. All staff are outstanding but we do have to single out Sujite who serve us at breakfast each morning. He was very considerate and attentive. There was a different noodle dish each morning and they were all so good!! All of the restaurants are outstanding. Even if you are not staying at the Kempinski you must get a reservation for dinner at Koral. Wow!!

A Visual Masterpiece with Out-of-this-World Dining
I can confidently say that The Apurva Kempinski is the most beautiful beach hotel I have ever seen. The scale of the property is breathtaking—from the impressive, almost overwhelming lobby to the meticulously manicured gardens and stunning decor. The rooms are fantastic and perfectly complement the grandeur of the hotel. Dining here was a highlight of the trip. Both the Japanese and Chinese restaurants were absolutely out of this world—a must-try for any guest. regarding service, the management team was very attentive to our special requests. Because of the sheer size of the resort, service can sometimes feel a little slow, but the employees more than make up for it. The staff is super nice, always smiling, and genuinely willing to please the guests. A truly magnificent experience.

I had an amazing experience at Apurva Kempinski! This hotel is everything! A special thanks to the lady in red, Stefany at the front desk and the entire staff. I definitely will visit again! Expectational service on all levels!

Amazing staff and restaurants, though the atmosphere was disrupted by events and building work.
The hotel had an excellent location with cheap taxis available, and it was spotless in every area. The staff were amazing, especially the lady in red whose service was exceptional. The suite was lovely, featuring an incredible full-size bath by the window, perfect for relaxing both body and soul, and the views from our room were fantastic. However, daily weddings disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, with guests around the pool and main grass area making it uncomfortable to be in swimwear. Construction work next to the hotel started at 8 a.m. and was noisy throughout the day, becoming more of a nuisance over time. On the bright side, the beach and beach bar were the highlights, offering excellent service, delicious food and drinks—don’t miss trying the coconuts, they were amazing.
