Vacation to remember forever
If you are hesitating whether to book this hotel or not - book it now and don’t think twice. Our stay was truly extraordinary in every sense: stunning architecture, breathtaking views, lush nature, and a beautiful beach. An unforgettable experience! My husband and I booked for the first half of our stay in a Grand Deluxe Ocean Room and for the second half an Oceanview Cliff Suite. Both rooms were very spacious and the views from the Cliff Suite were absolutely unforgettable. As Platinum members, we had hoped for a room upgrade; however, due to the holiday season (Christmas and New Year) the hotel was fully booked, so this was not possible. Instead, we were offered a complimentary massage at the spa, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. We would like to sincerely thank the management and the entire staff - their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Special thanks to Juni, who took wonderful care of us during breakfast at the Pala Restaurant and noticed every small detail, and to Desri, who remembered our coffee order by heart. The breakfast selection itself was excellent and very diverse. Our room attendants were also incredibly attentive and creative, making also delightful towel figures (as shown in the pictures). Thank you, Wita and Rahpada, for your care and kindness. We were also pleasantly surprised with thoughtful gifts from hotel for both Christmas and New Year. We attended the magnificent New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner held in the lobby—an experience we will remember forever. The music, dancers, live band, and Indonesian cultural performances were truly spectacular. Everything about this hotel was simply perfect. We highly recommend it both for a romantic couples’ getaway and for families with children, as there are excellent amenities and activities for kids as well.

High end and great value.
Service was great from start to finish and no request was too hard. We had the chance to try all restaurants during our stay. The variety was nice but the standout was Izakaya and the grilled fresh lobster at the Beach Club. Our suite was spacious, spotless and had an amazing view from the private pool. Special mention to Padma in the Cliff Lounge who took great care of us each morning. Upgrading to a suite with Cliff Lounge access is a must for a premium and personalised experience.

A amazing resort
The Apurva Kempinski Bali provided me and my family with such an amazing experience. The villa was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, the resort was stunning and has been designed to show the grand architecture of the resort which captured my mind and senses. I was looked after by the staff at every milestone of my stay and every need was taken care of, they had exceptional service and I’d like to make a shout out to all the staff in the villa lounge; Varino, Doni, Aman for looking after us plus the rest who attended to all our needs.
