Spectacular
This was the most stunning resort I have ever been to. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and the views were stunning. I had a cliff ocean view private pool suite and it was absolutely worth it. The pools are not heated but I assure you, they do not need to be. The water is so warm.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Kempinski Bali
I’ve travelled to Bali multiple times, but my recent stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was truly a class of its own. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth from the staff stood out and made this holiday unforgettable. A special shout-out to Kevin, our hotel assistant, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and made sure every little detail was taken care of — which made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. The team at Pala Restaurant also deserves special mention. Sri and Ecik were both outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm in their service. They made our dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel itself is breathtaking — from the grand architecture to the beautifully landscaped grounds and luxurious rooms, every part of Kempinski Bali radiates elegance and thoughtful design. It’s safe to say this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Bali. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. We will definitely be coming back!

An amazing stay at Kempinski!
One of the best hotel that we have ever stayed at, every staff member made us feel special, with housekeeping the room was always spotless every detail taken care of, we have room service several times and it was great, our favorite restaurant was at the beach with live entertainment at night.
