Everything about the hotel was exceptional — the service, the cleanliness, and the quality of the food were all outstanding. Your staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Their attitude and hospitality truly made a difference. I have stayed in around 200 hotels around the world, including many five-star properties, and I can honestly say that your hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was also excellent, and I highly recommend that anyone staying here tries the restaurants — they are truly worth experiencing. Thank you again for the excellent hospitality. I truly appreciate the effort your team puts into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

We stayed at the Apurva Kempinski Bali for our 10th wedding anniversary in September/October 2025, and we had the best time ever! The hotel is grand, sophisticated, classy, and breathtaking. From the moment you enter the lobby to every single area, it is truly amazing. The views overlooking the ocean are stunning! We booked a cliff ocean front private pool suite and it was unbelievably amazing! We loved our private extended patio area to relax – it was very clean and very comfortable. Definitely recommend the cliff lounge suites for its additional perks, including a private pool and bar area, along with a separate departure lounge and restaurant for breakfast and afternoon tea. A huge thank you to Padma and Dede for their constant attentiveness and kindness during breakfast and afternoon tea! The restaurants were honestly some of the best we've been to! Izakaya served fantastic Japanese cuisine, and we are grateful to Anastasia, Diane, Puta, Nadia, Wulan Cahyani, and many more for their wonderful hospitality. We also enjoyed the Reef Beach Club, which became our afternoon go-to dining spot for its easy access to the pool and beach. A special shout out to I Kadek, Adi Anjana, and the amazing staff there! At Bai Yun, we had an incredible Dim sum lunch and a hot pot dinner. Thanks to Yulyarini Ida for helping us navigate the hot pot experience! Plenty of lounges on the beach and by the pool, and the infinity pool was a joy to swim in every day! The spa is a must! The best spa experience ever and the massage was fantastic - thank you! Finally, we want to give a special thanks to the Ladies in Red, especially Jessica, Jenifer, and Betsy, for their superb attentiveness and quick responses to any requests and for making our wedding anniversary a truly memorable experience. If you're thinking about coming here, do not hesitate! Bali is beautiful, and so are the people. We will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Kempinski Bali , everything was beyond our expectations, , the room was huge , the staff was very helpful , the breakfast was huge collection and delicious, everyone was so nice especially Sujite Tausa everyday he greeted us with a smile remembering what drinks we want to have and going beyond his way to take care of us , definitely will be coming back .

The cleanliness of of was was outstanding, not only in the morning when we came back from our walk but in the evening after dinner the slippers would be by our beds and the lights on so we didn’t come home to a dark room The cleaning staff Mustyani and Jeni were so excellent, they even filed any clothes that were left out, I threw out one of my dresses as I no longer wanted it but when we came back home that night, it was on the chair as I’m imagining they thought it had accidentally ended up in the bid, very kind and considerate of them
