The Mulia

This is an exceptional hotel in every aspect, we had an incredible stay here. The Mulia suites is part of the wider complex which includes Mulia Resort and Mulia Villas. There’s not enough time to write how amazing this place was for our family which included a 1 year old baby, so my key highlights were: 1. Staff - they are all incredible, every one of them knew my baby’s first name and were always ensuring he was looked after, engaging with him, making him smile. The hospitality and service is better than 5/5, and nothing was too much for us. Amazing genuine people. 2. Rooms - the suites were amazing. We chose an ocean view room which was brilliant was relaxing and checking the view. Rooms cleaned twice per day. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. 3. Restaurants - the breakfast and afternoon tea (with unlimited alcohol) made each day a real treat. All the restaurants were brilliant. Soleil was our favourite and the Cafe was incredible for my baby as they made him special non-spicy dhal each day, and kept him well entertained. 4. Amenities - were excellent including the brilliant pool, kids pool and the Kids Club was excellent for my little one as it was clean, fun and with very attentive caring staff. I couldn’t have asked for more, and look forward to returning one day.

신혼여행으로 물리아를 오게 되었는데 정말 최고의 선택이었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 음식도 맛있고 뷰는 말할것도 없이 너무 좋았습니다. 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 방문할것 같습니다.

Mulia is Amazing Five Star Plus. Rooms, Staff, Facilities, Food next level. Suites Beautiful beds and pillows very comfortable. Swimming Pools Fabulous. Staff go over and above to please. Breakfast delicious so many choices. Hope to visit again.

2019年に初めて来て2度目の宿泊です。 前回はヴィラの方に宿泊しました。 みなさんサービスが素晴らしく 敷地も広くインテリアもどこも綺麗で レストランも充実しているので １週間ほど篭りきりで滞在しても十分に楽しめると思います！ プールも複数あり、楽しんでいる人がたくさんいる雰囲気を味わいつつも 混雑を気にすることなく楽しめてお気に入りです。 特にスタッフのMr.TIARSANAにはとても素晴らしい対応をしていただきました^ ^ ありがとうございました！
