Outstanding Luxury with Extraordinary Staff
This was our first time in Bali and our stay at The Mulia was simply divine! We were so lucky to be there on NYEPI Day - which is their New Year and privileged to share this auspicious day with them. We stayed in ocean facing suite. The suite was exceptionally luxurious and spacious with a large balcony and jacuzzi. Most importantly it was very comfortable, impeccably clean and the bed was one of the best with luxurious bedlinen and pillows. Every detail has been carefully thought through and nothing has been spared. But it is the STAFF who truly make this hotel one of the best. Our butlers Debi, Bobby, Gilbert and Agus looked after us like family and made us feel like as though we had known them for years! The staff at The Lounge who were there for the amazing breakfasts and afternoon teas were friendly and courteous. We have travelled widely all over the world and can say with confidence that this is as good as it gets! With our heartfelt thanks to our Butlers, the staff at The Lounge and reception staff for making our stay so memorable. You have set the standard very high!! We hope to see you all again. Suksma. World class hotel
Amazing experience at The Mulia Suites after going to the resort last year. We decided to try the suites and the service was truly world class. Huge thank you to Debi, Andre, Okta and Angga.
