Luxury experience - planning our return
Excellent communication a few days before our arrival. Once we arrived we were greeted with an arrival ceremony, our luggage was whisked away, check in was smooth and we were then escorted to our suite. Excellent guide through the suite. Amazingly beautiful suite with expansive ocean views. Super comfortable and larger than regular size king size bed. Every staff member offered thoughtful service. We thoroughly enjoyed dining at The Lounge, The Living Room, Soleil and The Cafe. Enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony, the swimming pools and the beach. The best way to end our month long visit to our happy place - Bali. Will be returning as soon as possible.

Perfect family getaway
Service was exceptional we felt so spoilt. Felt like visiting family. They made us feel so important from day one. Our rooms were spotless, serviced twice a day. We really enjoyed the diverse range of food at the buffet. And our afternoon tea was amazing also the variety of cocktails. Thank you Mulia we will be back.

Best Ever...
We recently enjoyed a wonderful 9 nights at the Mulia Suites. Everything was exceptional! Starting with the wonderful team across the Mulia and Mulia Resorts, special thanks to Mahendra and also to Adi at concierge, Octa, Ari and Rima at breakfast and afternoon tea, the wonderful Chris and Flavianus at the pool. To the cafe, a big thanks to Abdi, Ayu, Adik, Duwi and Dedy along with Yuni at Edogin. Everyone of the Team were exceptional and always had brilliant smiles and could not do enough for us. The resort itself is beautiful, offering beautiful pools and surrounds, the restuarants catered for everything we could have hoped for, we had absolutely no need to leave (and didn't!). See you all again in August...

Excellent on every level.
We have just returned from a stay at The Mulia Suites, Nusa Dua. We enjoyed our time there enormously. The service, the suite, the staff, the pools and the food were all outstanding. The suite was very large and comfortable, with a lovely outlook onto the gardens outside. I requested a ground floor suite looking out to the gardens outside and I was given one, which rarely happens, so Thankyou, your thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the help given to us by Gilbert and Debe our butlers. We hope to go back again in the future.
