This Resort was probably the best we have ever stayed at. This is not said lightly, as the Customer Service and hotel surrounding and amenities exceeded expectations. Not only did were we treated like Royalty, anything you requested they did their utmost to make sure you were happy. Not to mention the beautiful environment, suites, restaurants, and pools. The rooms were attended to twice a day, once during the day for the cleaning etc and in the early evening for the turn-down and checking to see if everything was replenished. Also a more than adequate supply of bottled water so you had more than enough for drinking, cleaning teeth etc. The Butler service also was excellent and they were constantly checking to see if you were happy and satisfied with everything! Special mention please to Debi at the Complex we were at, Rita at The Cafe, Merli at The Lounge and Galuh at The Lounge. Also all the people who ferried us back and forth in the buggys up to the top Complex, especially the guy whose wife is having a baby in 4 weeks....we forgot to get his name. Exceptional service! And the food! Beautiful everywhere we went, including the 2 hour cocktail and canapes at The Lounge every afternoon. Well done The Mulia, you get 10/10 from us.!

The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly. It was good because the breakfast was delicious and there were many kinds. The pool is also very clean. The clean sea is accessible. The walkway is pleasant and there are many things to see.

I had a happy time in this beautiful and friendly place. These were the happiest moments of our honeymoon and I was deeply moved by the hospitality and beautiful smiles. I stayed for 3 days and booked other accommodations back and forth, but next time I want to stay only in Mulia. Everything is beautiful, well maintained, and I am satisfied with the cleaning service. Lovely as always Staff excellent . Did notice a few changes . Bottled water in suite changed from the last time. A few other things but a big drama. Breakfast and Afternoon tea a highlight. Still our Favourite place. Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys service, and the location ,in general everything about the Suites even down to the buggies. We have been coming now for a few years and we always leave saying we will be back.
