I loved this small hotel! The hotel staff was amazing. They were helpful, courteous, and kind. Our room was very small but perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and neat. They have an elevator. They also served breakfast, but we did not eat there. The room had air conditioning, which was a life saver. It was in the 90s the 2½ weeks we were there. The location was beyond amazing. It is in a bustling dynamic neighborhood. A tiny park outside the door. Restaurants of all kinds, laundromats, grocery stores, shops. And a wonderful outdoor market every Wed and Sat. Two Metro stations, one quite close and another just a quick walk away. I could go on and on.

Stayed here during the heatwave at the start of August. Paris was unbearably hot, so we’re glad we chose Hotel du Parc. Compact rooms had perfectly efficient aircon! Good sized en-suite had a brilliant shower we we used morning and evening. Reception staff were very friendly - none of us speak much French, but they gave us a chance to practice (their English wasn’t as strong as you get in some places, but it was good enough) The hotel has a lift, but you have to use stairs to reception on the first floor. Accessibility would be an issue for some. Hotel location was great for bars, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries.

I stayed here for 5 nights when visiting Paris for work. The hotel is brilliantly located in Montparnasse, very close to a couple of metro stations, as well as the Gare Montparnasse itself. It is also extremely close to lots of bars, cafes and restaurants, plus a Monoprix supermarket less than a minute from the front door. Despite the liveliness of the area, I found the hotel to be pretty quiet, as it faces a small square. The room wasn't huge (you don't really expect that in Paris), but the bathroom was excellent and there was (just) enough room for everything. I didn't mind the slightly firm bed, though others may be less happy. It would have been good to have a small bar fridge, and an iron wouldn't have gone amiss, but the free daily bottled water was a plus. As others have mentioned, the safe was particularly tiny, but big enough for passport and cash. Breakfast (14 euros) offered a decent selection, including freshly squeezed (as you pour) orange juice and items were often topped up during my breakfasts. The staff on the front desk were helpful, though the need to hand in the room access card each time when leaving the hotel seemed a bit unnecessary. The lack of a lift from the entrance to reception could be challenging for some, but I found the stairs fine, even with a suitcase. Pricing was a little expensive when booked 3-4 days prior, but I can see it is more competitive with a bit more notice. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Expérience parfaite : Une nuit de passage car transit gare Montparnasse (5 min à pied) A côté de 2 stations métro (gare Montparnasse et Edgar Quinet), face Monoprix, proche nombreux cafés et restaurants. Renseignements téléphoniques en amont très pro. Chambre 1 personne confortable, propre, très bien équipée et calme. Très arrangeants concernant le check in, out ( garde bagages) et un petit déjeuner a pu m'être proposé en dehors des heures car train matinal. L'ensemble du personnel est aimable et professionnel. Je recommande !

Un charmant hôtel tout en hauteur, étonnement calme alors qu’il est situé dans un quartier ultra animé et au pied de la tour Montparnasse ! Hôtel bien décoré, chambre un poil surchauffée (je mets la note de 4/5, en raison des joints de la douche qui étaient décollés). Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié, le personnel à l’écoute. Chambre très propre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Une très bonne adresse !
