10/10 stay, wonderful staff
Absolutely amazing stay Bri was absolutely wonderful. She should run the place! The hotel was so clean and everybody was so helpful. Stunning breakfast spot as well. Will definitely be staying again the next time I’m in Omaha

Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was friendly especially Bri!! She is AWESOME!!! Food was delicious and the weather for our stay was great.

Lovely
All of the valet staff were friendly, attentive and helpful with a shout out to Bri going above and beyond during our checkout. Hotel is charming and perfectly located for easy access to most everything. The historic hotel rooms are a little oddly set up - furniture blocked one of the bathroom doors, no small table/ chair or desk even with space available to include. Overall lovely experience for our first visit to Omaha.

Amazing Stay!
The Cottonwood was amazing! The attention to detail was meticulous in every space we entered. Gorgeous rooms, great service (even sent up a charger for my phone since I forgot mine). The restaurant was delicious. The front desk staff is so polite and a special shout out to Eric Jr and Bri who were also so helpful at answering our questions and quick valet service!

Eric and Lamar were the the ABSOLUTE BEST at assisting us in our stay! We could not have done it without their willingness to show us around the hotel and guide our endless wedding boxes back and forth!
