My favorite hotel in Orlando! The GM, Anna runs an impeccable hotel providing the best service in town. Her team, including Carlos, Johanna, Ariel, Lisa, Holden, David, etc ensure every need is met and you want for nothing except maybe another Old Fashioned at the bar. I’m sorry if I missed someone’s name, but the entire team is top notch. Again, best hotel in Orlando!!

Great service and staff! Front desk was always helpful and ready with chilled bottled water to cool you down from the Florida heat. Room was clean. Facilities were clean. Be sure to stop by the restaurant and get a drink from Holden, he is the man!

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants, cinemas, shops, etc. The hotel features a beautiful pool area and clean rooms. However, we had to remind the staff twice to service our room daily, which was a bit frustrating. We were disappointed to find unmade beds, no replacement coffee, creamer or sugar, and used towels on the floor after a long day out, which felt like an oversight on their part. Additionally, we were unable to use the pool on our first day due to a private function that took over the area, which felt like a missed opportunity for us to enjoy the hotel's facilities. The hotel should not have sold its facilities to a private group, limiting other guests' access to the pool. They also hosted a wedding that took over the hotel, complete with Lamborghinis and a camel, which felt excessive. Despite these issues, the hotel is lovely, but potential guests should beware of limitations in using advertised facilities.

Definitely the best hotel bar I have been to in a really long time. David and Holden are super personable and pay great attention to detail. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Castle Hotel for about a month. The name of the hotel is fitting. The staff made me feel like a king. I've stayed at many different properties throughout the country and the staff made me feel at home. There is no shortage of hotels to select from in the Orlando area, but I prefer to stay at the Castle. The doorman at the Ritz Carlton, Waldorf and Fours Seasons can't compare to Joe. He is personable and knows how to keep a conversation confidential like an attorney with his client, however Joe accepts pictures and stories as retainer. Jen is amazing and is a rising star and shouldn't be overlooked. She is hardworking and effective at what she does. Then there is Tifani who quickly figured out my morning coffee routine and was always ready to assist. Ariel, Ashley, Jerry, Jen and Tifani embody many of the attributes in Spirit to Serve by Bill Marriott. Don't forgot to check out the view from the 9th floor rooftop and check out the fireworks display. Cheers!
