We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Osaka, and as Hilton Diamond members, we were upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a King Junior Corner Suite. This was a fantastic perk and made our stay even more comfortable. However, on a prior visit in 2023, we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a King Executive Corner Room, which we found had a much better layout. We've noticed that this particular room category no longer appears on their website, and we're really hoping it's simply undergoing refurbishment rather than being eliminated, as it was a much better room and experience. Our room also featured a spacious and beautifully designed bathroom, complete with a large, inviting bathtub which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Although this particular room, you can walk around behind the bed and peer into the bath and shower area, which is also open to the outside window for viewing as well unless you drew the blinds. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet which was truly amazing! The selection is impressive including a la carte ordering options, and we were particularly thrilled to find hand-carved roast beef as one of the items available, which is a rare and luxurious touch for a breakfast spread. To top it off, they even offer complimentary matcha lattes as part of the breakfast, which was a delightful and authentic Japanese experience to start our day. We also enjoyed access to the Executive Lounge, which is a fantastic amenity for included food and drinks, despite having a small selection. It was a comfortable space with stunning city views. However, it's important to note that the Executive Lounge recently changed its policy, and children under 12 are no longer permitted during cocktail hour. As an accommodation that was discussed with us, the staff were generally helpful and able to prepare a couple of plates of food for us to bring back to our room since we had children with us. Unfortunately, on one evening, a different staff member, whom we hadn't encountered before, surprisingly scolded us, suggesting we should pay for room service instead. This was a bit jarring and inconsistent service in an otherwise pleasant experience with the lounge. While its location is sometimes described as being in a quieter area compared to the bustling entertainment districts, we found it to be very convenient with direct access to the subway and some shopping centers. Unfortunately the hotel was not as helpful with arranging taxis. They were unwilling to help us book an arrival taxi as we came in late in the evening. When we asked for a van taxi to accommodate our luggage for departure, they reserved us a luxury van which cost much more than we anticipated. Despite the minor hiccup with the Executive Lounge policy enforcement and taxi service, our overall impression remains overwhelmingly positive. If you're looking for a luxurious stay in Osaka with an incredible breakfast, excellent service, and top-notch facilities, the Conrad Osaka is definitely a top recommendation.

My family and I recently spent a week at Conrad Osaka, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the elegant design of the hotel to its ideal location and world-class amenities, everything surpassed our expectations. But what made this trip truly unforgettable wasn’t just the luxurious setting — it was the people. One particular encounter with Mr. Sebic, left a lasting impression. We met by chance at a local sushi restaurant, and again at the hotel’s fitness center. No matter how luxurious a hotel may be — with stunning architecture and delicious food — it can all be overshadowed by the people who run it. In the end, it is always the people who define a travel experience. Good local encounters and exceptional hotel staff are what transform a trip into a lifelong memory. People are, without question, the heart of every great journey. Later, I discovered that he was part of the leadership team behind the hotel’s impeccable service — and it all made sense. Every staff member we met was courteous, professional, and sincerely kind. It’s clear that this hotel not only invests in its facilities but also in its people, and that makes all the difference. The hospitality and human warmth we experienced at Conrad Osaka enriched our trip far beyond expectation. If you’re considering a stay in Osaka and want more than just a luxury hotel, but a truly memorable human experience, Conrad Osaka is the place. Thank you to the entire team — we look forward to returning.

It was between the Conrad or the newly opened Waldorf Astoria and the Conrad got the nod because it had the amazing Okonomiyaki Benedict. Check in was pleasant enough with the front desk providing refreshing hot towels and offering of cold sake on a humid day. The sake was served a traditional Japanese flat mug with beautiful white flowers on the bottom. As the sake was poured into the cup, the white flowers on the bottom amazingly bloom into pink flowers, simply amazing. If you are lucky enough to have executive lounge privileges, don’t forget to grab a table by the window and have a view of the beautiful night lights of the city. Osaka night view was once named one of the best night views in the world. This is a true 5-star hotel with all the services and amenities to back it up.

This was literally the BEST hotel experience me and my family ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. From Makoto Ogawa, the restaurant manager to Umesh, our server at breakfast, the service was top-notch! Thank you CONRAD! We will be back!
