Conrad Osaka

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Osaka. The views from the lobby and our room were breathtaking, and the hotel’s modern design felt both elegant and welcoming. The buffet was outstanding — the homemade peanut butter was a special touch, and the overall food quality was the best we’ve had at any Hilton. The staff were attentive, the rooms spacious and luxurious, and special thanks to the manager Valentino S., who personally checked on our table at breakfast — a gesture that made us feel truly valued. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Located next to the metro. You can get to the station directly from the building. There is a konbini, Starbucks, snack bars nearby. We especially recommend the snack dryer in the passage with standing places. You can walk to the shopping centers in Umeda in 15 minutes. The staff is very polite, attentive, ready to satisfy any request. The rooms are very spacious, have everything you need, including a Dyson hair dryer, steamer, coffee machine, toiletries. The gym is very comfortable, there are many different trainers. We were out of time to use the pool. The breakfasts are very tasty and delicious. Upon a separate request, we prepared oatmeal with plant milk, and it was perfect. Many thanks to Umesh for such an opportunity. No downsides were found. I was 100% satisfied with everything.

Amazingly gorgeous city views in the reception area and guest areas. Beautiful modern arts and architecture. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist we met, Tsuyoshi Nakamura, even treated us a cold drink with a unique Japanese pottery which changes color at low temperature. It was certainly a nice experience in a hot day. More importantly, his such warm reception definitely makes us feel we will be back to this hotel. Amazing stay. We definitely will come back anytime we are in the area.

One of the finest hotels in Osaka. Lobby is really nice with a great view of the city. Location is fantastic and is very walkable. The retail stores and the restaurants including the bakery/coffee shop on the ground floor is a big plus. I have stayed here several times, mostly in Executive Corner Rooms and Suites and they were all modern and spacious. Service was consistently good. Breakfast can get a bit congested but this is something I have noticed in many other 5 star hotels also, so I guess this is something to be mindful of but not necessarily an issue. The quality of breakfast is good, however. This will continue to be one of my favorite hotels in Japan.

In all my life of travel I have never had a more positive or more enjoyable experience. The best hotel I ever stayed at. Lifetime Diamond member - beautiful suite upgrade. Check in at Executive Lounge. Daewong brought me craft beer and a plum wine to welcome me to Japan - true hospitality. Room flawless and beautiful. Food so delicious - breakfast has a roast Japanese beef joint - how exceptional! Michael (the French sommelier) such an expert and so good to enjoy conversation with. Food at C Grill excellent but Kura Teppanyaki was one of the best dinner experiences of my life. Wonderful staff delivering true hospitality and made my stay so positively memorable. Amazing! Thanks for your kindness and support. I'll be back!
