Conrad Osaka

We stayed for 7 nights. Elegant hotel. 5 stars in every way. Front desk very helpful. Acknowledged and upgraded us as a loyal Diamond members celebrating our 33rd anniversary. We arrived late so we checked in at front desk and immediately went to Sky Rooftop bar to eat and listen to live music. So classy. We just had a cheeseburger and salad. Husband said the burger was amazing Great vibe and atmosphere Saco in the longe was very friendly and patiently answered so many of our tourist questions. Haruto was very considerate and made me a special mint mocktail during afternoon tea Kyoko helped us organize a great couples massage. Tomo and Sinica gave us a fabulous deep tissue and Japanese herbal massage. Most relaxing massage we’ve had and at the end let us know areas we need to stretch out more. It was EXTREMELY relaxing and good. The woman’s jacuzzi was phenomenal. Ladies have a steam room and men’s side has a dry sauna. Nice pool and gym. Best hotel breakfast ever with a barista and plenty of made to order items. Winna Muis is the best hostess ever. She remembered our name from the 1st encounter and actually looked for us each morning. She made us feel welcomed for the beginning. Mami is a very skilled barista. Coffee or as well as cappuccino were rich and tasty Umesh was also outstanding and we enjoyed conversing with him. Our Executive room on 34 floor was huge with amazing views. We were able to spread out and enjoy. Loved the large bathroom and storage area. They give you pajamas, robe , and slippers to wear. We took a taxi to Shin Osaka station initially. Later we used train under Conrad to connect and get there. The Osaka station is 10 minutes from hotel. You can walk, taxi, or take train under Conrad to get there Grace front desk was very helpful We are grateful to Yuta and his persistence in helping us find a local Japanese restaurant after a long day of sight-seeing. We were so exhausted and he made sure we found what we wanted. We also would like to acknowledge Masato who drove us to Osaka Castle one day. Thank you Thanks to EVERYONE at Conrad Osaka. Good morning Valentino, my family and I are Thankful for a wonderful welcome and overall stay at Conrad Osaka. We’ve been traveling for almost 40 days and must say the last 10 were the very best. At the Conrad Osaka, thru its magnificent staff We were able to enjoy impeccable service and a taste of amicable Japanese culture. All So thoughtful; the entire staff from the front desk, spa, pool reception, the bellmen, phone receptionist, concierge and housekeeping staff. To quickly name a few that I had conversations with Sungyoung, Sazuki, Airi, Bikram all made and enhanced our stay greatly! There is a wonderful pool/spa reception lady that wears a scarf unfortunately can’t recall her name. our smallest daughter Francesca was made to feel comfortable and welcome at the pool while I settled at the pool spa, that was simply “subarachi “ excellent! We definitely hope to be back and continue to explore Osaka while staying at our address in the skies! Best regards

This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts as a family. Beyond the elegant design and refined dining options, it is the warm and thoughtful service that truly allows us to relax and recharge from the demands of daily life. We have stayed here around 15 times, and each visit reaffirms our feeling that Conrad Osaka is the most comfortable and welcoming place in the world. As we are about to relocate from Japan to the United States, we already look forward to returning and staying here again when we come back to Japan.

Conrad Osaka is an incredible hotel. Once through the elevator you are greeted by massive three story windows that overlook the entire Osaka skyline. At night, it feels like a dream with the entire city lit up like stars. The lobby is a spacious and serene palace in the sky with top class service both at the front desk and at the restaurants. Each night we would enjoy cocktails in the Executive Lounge where Nozomi would always take special care of us. (She introduced us to Yuzu sours and gave us the house recipe that we now make at home - though not as good). Some of the best memories of our stay were enjoying drinks at night and staring at the glowing lights of the city. Rooms were great, bed was comfy, showers had incredible water pressure. When I come back to Osaka, I will be sure to stay here again.

I am a Hilton diamond tier member and booked through American Express FHR service. This hotel is the complete opposite of Conrad Seoul in every way. Conrad Osaka has no shortcomings in terms of housekeeping, cleaning, customer service, and experience. This is truly a 5-star hotel. As a Hilton diamond member, I enjoyed a variety of benefits including complimentary breakfast and access to the executive lounge, room upgrades, turndown service, and generous late check-out. I was also offered a welcome bottle of sake upon check-in. The breakfast was delicious, but the desserts served during the lounge tea time were fantastic. The strawberry chocolate dessert was very popular with guests. From 6pm, drinks and meals are served in the lounge, which was very satisfying. I almost forgot to mention the hotel bar, but this bar boasts a 'wide variety' of choices. If you like whiskey, you should visit it at least once. I would like to compliment all the staff, especially the staff in the executive lounge and the housekeeping staff. It was a really great experience. 감사합니다 :)
