Exceptional Luxury, Service and Location
Excellent hotel located close to the heart of Osaka. Amazing staff committed to kind hospitality. Maurizio was an exceptional host who made our stay special with wonderful food and dining recommendations. Breakfast was delicious In a beautiful setting. Views from the top floors are great. Great for families. The hotel team made this one of our best hotel experiences. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay at W Osaka with nice and modern design and extremely friendly staff
We would like to sincerely thank the W hotel team for the wonderful stay we had at W Osaka. We were truly impressed by the beautiful design and the modern ambiance of the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. Throughout our visit, every team member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay particularly memorable. We fully understand that, with the Expo currently taking place in Osaka, the hotel is operating at near full capacity. This makes us even more grateful that our nightly upgrade award to the second-highest suite was accommodated. We deeply appreciate this gesture, especially as we had experienced difficulty redeeming NUA awards in the past. Additionally, we would like to express our gratitude for the professional and thoughtful resolution regarding our initial concern about the room’s lighting. We were not expecting an upgrade to an even larger suite to address the issue, and we sincerely appreciated this solution. Whenever we come back to Osaka, we will be staying at the W again. Some additional highlights we thoroughly enjoyed: Breakfast as a welcome gift for Elite Status Members Coffee service at the breakfast table Stylish and thoughtfully designed interiors throughout the hotel High standard of cleanliness and excellent housekeeping Personalized welcome gift in the room Evening events (e.g., on Friday and Saturday) Evening cocktail offering from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM

wonderful service and room
As Marriott Ambassador status I was welcomed and shown around by the friendly Rie Zhu from Guest Relations who was already waiting at the check-in area when I arrived. I was given an upgrade to a suite with a beautiful view and Rie Zhu was very attentive to showing all the details of the room and made it feel really special. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Stupendous service!
If you have Marriott Bonvoy status and want to feel recognized and VIP, stay here! They really cater to those with bonvoy loyalty. Mauricio was the regional f&b manager and was so, so kind! They were promoting a new Japanese mezcal and tequila, so we had free drinks and food at the bar our first evening there. We received a comp upgrade at check in on the top floor that was much nicer than the standard room we had booked.
