Spa was great and kazumi miyazaki was very welcoming and kind! Had a good massage and felt very relaxed after it - she even wrote a personalised card for me

Marvelous Larger Suite
I booked a “Wonderful” type room as a Titanium member however I utilized a Nightly Upgrade Award to get bumped up to a “Marvelous” Larger Suite which cleared a few days before check in. It was truly a great and spacious suite! The amazing view of the Chuo area at night was a splendid bonus. I also really liked the soft bed and tub right next to the window. Just as the last time I stayed here, I also really liked the soft bathrobe and the hotel itself is really cool with a great nightlife theme. This time I was able to enjoy breakfast at the hotel restaurant. There was a really nice selection of Eastern and Western options. I enjoyed my stay once again and hope to visit again in the future.

very impressive the details. best W i stayed so far ever, and nice to join the gym class in the morning session with Jason, he was helpful and nice, the class can open up a nice day from a fresh morning
