A Spectacular visit to Osaka
Our experience at the W Osaka was fantastic. Our room was perfect. Every detail was spectacular. We had very memorable experiences in the Living Room due to our incredible hosts Pat and Meda. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and at home every time we visited and we look forward to coming back again because of their amazing customer service. Thank you so much! Stylish Osaka hotel
I highly recommend the W Osaka as a modern stylish hotel in a high end district. We had a corner room high up and the views were stunning. We didn’t try the on site restaurants because there are many good ones nearby but we didn’t try have room service which was good. We also tried the spa where we had a warm welcome and an excellent massage from Tomoko. We would come back.

Refreshed and ready to start my trip
I had an amazing time at the spa, and I’m so glad it was my first stop to kick off my trip in Osaka. Kazumi was my therapist, and she took the time to explain the products she would be using and listened carefully to my concerns. Throughout the treatment, she checked in to ensure the temperature and pressure were comfortable. Even after a quick 60-minute session, I left feeling completely refreshed and free from jet lag. Kazumi, along with the entire spa staff, are true professionals who made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Our first stay in a w hotel and in japan
Our platinum status was recognized the moment we put down our feet out of the taxi (someone looked at the luggage tag with my name i suspect). We got the vip treatment, free breakfast, and to our surprise, even if the hotel was quite full, a room upgrade to marvelous suite. We enjoyed our stay a lot! It was our first stay with w hotel and our very first stay in japan too. So our trip started on a very good experience!
