W Osaka

I’ve stayed in lots of hotels – lots of W Hotels – and this was by far the BEST experience EVER. From check-in (by Aiko who made the process seamless and throughout our stay provided a friendly face and good advice) to the breakfast buffet (with the dining room expertly and graciously managed by Jim) to cocktails (bartender Pat’s margaritas were sublime and he had the perfect mix of friendly conversation with cocktail prowess), our entire five-day stay was impeccable. Did I mention Mauricio? His constant presence (constant, as in we saw him at breakfast and during cocktail hour and during dinner!) and making sure everything ran smoothly in the dining rooms and cocktail lounge was top-notch. We celebrated my husband’s milestone birthday, and every member of the team made us feel special. Thanks to all! We’ll be back!

One of the best hotels to stay in Osaka. We booked 4 nights here as the last stop and everything was amazing. The gym, pool and facilities are top notch and a lot of people take pictures of this iconic hotel. My daughter and I booked a free FIT lesson and the 30 minutes of core strengthening exercises were punishing but rewarding. The breakfast and housekeeping / turndown service was also a highlight as all the water and amenities were constantly refreshed. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel located close to the heart of Osaka. Amazing staff committed to kind hospitality. Maurizio was an exceptional host who made our stay special with wonderful food and dining recommendations. Breakfast was delicious In a beautiful setting. Views from the top floors are great. Great for families. The hotel team made this one of our best hotel experiences. Highly recommended!

We would like to sincerely thank the W hotel team for the wonderful stay we had at W Osaka. We were truly impressed by the beautiful design and the modern ambiance of the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. Throughout our visit, every team member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay particularly memorable. We fully understand that, with the Expo currently taking place in Osaka, the hotel is operating at near full capacity. This makes us even more grateful that our nightly upgrade award to the second-highest suite was accommodated. We deeply appreciate this gesture, especially as we had experienced difficulty redeeming NUA awards in the past. Additionally, we would like to express our gratitude for the professional and thoughtful resolution regarding our initial concern about the room’s lighting. We were not expecting an upgrade to an even larger suite to address the issue, and we sincerely appreciated this solution. Whenever we come back to Osaka, we will be staying at the W again.
