W osaka left me speechless but in a good way. The staff felt welcoming almost family like. Next time you are here ask for sando very helpful guy and if you want a good insider that knows osaka like the back of his hand ask for maurizio.

Everything about this hotel is just breathtaking. I loved the ambience - from when I walked in, I knew this hotel stay would be different than my stays at other hotels. It’s got a modern, artistic and welcoming cozy vibe. I felt at home instantly and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. We got upgraded to the marvelous suite which is incredibly spacious for 2 people. The W Osaka really pays attention to the little things. To me, it was the small details that mattered such as coming back to the hotel room to find that my cables were tied up neatly with a W Osaka cable tie! There was a glass of water beside my bed every night and little treats to come home to after a long day of exploring. My husband treated me to a 60 minute deep tissue massage and I had the absolute pleasure of having Tomoko as my masseuse. From the moment I met her, she was kind and listened to all my concerns. I can without a doubt confirm that this was THE best massage I’ve ever had. She applied the right amount of pressure and asked throughout my massage if everything was up to my liking. Seriously, If you ever get a massage at the W Osaka spa, please ask for Tomoko. Wish I could stay here and go to the spa daily, haha. Overall, when I return to Osaka, I will most definitely stay here again. Arigato gozaimasu to all of the W Osaka staff! Was such a memorable stay during my honeymoon!

The W Osaka is a popular hotel with a strong sense of design, created by a famous Japanese architect. The atmosphere is very trendy. The overall service was excellent during my stay. I recommend the Teppanyaki for lunch, it offers very good value.

A particular thank you goes to Jim at breakfast for his outstanding service and remarkable attention to detail. His remembering and embracing my daughter’s fascination with Takoyaki was especially touching, and the way he incorporated that into her breakfast experience created a moment she will not forget. Please extend our thanks to the entire team for making our stay so special, and to Jim and your lead pastry chef for going above and beyond in such a personal and thoughtful way. We look forward to staying at W Osaka again on our next visit.

Skipped my favourite St Regis to try out W hotel for the first time . Size of room wasn’t to my expectation due to the comparison with St Regis, which was superb and we were also upgraded to th Fuji Suite there so expectation was naturally high. Well the size of the room for 3 of us wasn’t the best and on the first night , we literally walked back to St Regis and I was so tempted to switch back the next day when we met the Ex Front office manager who recognised us! However, things start to change as we go along . First , we found that the location is more convenient than Homachi as the walk to Dotonbori /Namba is nearer or rather smack almost in the middle of Sinsaibashi which is good when you are walking back after a long day from Namba . Secondly, the service staff , I have to say they are pretty cool and responsive and my boys chatted with many of them and made some friends . Thirdly and the most important of all… the GyM and the trainers there especially Jason, his pleasant and sincere disposition really struck me and my boys . I can tell you I am not a gym kind of guy BUT I attended every single class during my stay there . Jason played a HUGE part in me wanting to head back to W in our next visit! He not only explained all the classes to us but also shared many tips on places to visit in Osaka . Thank you Jason, never would I imagine a gym and a trainer can create such an influence over my stay in a hotel, Thank you
