W Osaka

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Ai at the W Osaka. Her technique was both powerful and precise, melting away every bit of tension. Ai checked in throughout the session to ensure the perfect pressure. The atmosphere was relaxing and elevated the entire experience. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed. Highly recommend booking with Ai if you want a truly exceptional massage.

American size rooms. So many amenities. In room hot tub. Incredible ceiling shower. Definitely an upscale hotel. Walk to subway, restaurants, grocery stores. Staff is very Japanese style hospitality. Especially Sando. Held doors and elevators open. Walked us to the street upon check out. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely afternoon tea sponsored by Harry Winston at the W. It was elegant, unhurried, serene and delightful. The food presented featured 3 savory samples that included ahi and artichoke, and 5 dessert tidbits. We had a choice of alcoholic or non alcoholic martini to start, followed by all you want teas and coffees, then came the food in a sweet glass case that popped open. Our server, Chisaki, was attentive and adorable speaking English and assisting us with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this afternoon tea for that something special. I believe it ends Nov. 30.

We stayed 5 nights at the W Osaka and it was undoubtedly our best ever hotel stay, bar none, and we can’t wait for our next visit. A huge shout out to GM Peter, Insider Maurizio, Director of Rooms Bensum, Loyalty Manager Raymond, Oh La La Manager Miyali, Insider Waako, and Welcome Experience Coach Tsugumi for elevating our stay in so many ways and for their kind hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. The property itself still looks like it opened yesterday and was spotless. Our suite was spacious and airy and beautifully designed throughout. Breakfast was excellent with a great spread, and the cocktails in the Living Room were exquisite. The location of W Osaka is great to explore both Shinsaibashi/Dotonburi/Namba to the south and Umeda to the north. We can’t stress enough how much the hotel team made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend the W Osaka to anyone looking for a luxurious and pampered stay in the beautiful city of Osaka. Thank you so much again to the team.

This is the most beautiful W hotel we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we walked in it felt like another world! The service was impeccable especially from one of the staff Waako who from the moment we walked in, made us feel extremely special! She helped us with everything, gave us tips and her energy was just amazing and a big part of the reason we had such a wonderful time! Amazing city, amazing people, amazing hotel!
