W Osaka - A wonderful mix of art and hospitality
We stayed here for 4 nights, on our family trip around Japan and the service, cleanliness and hospitality that was offered by this hotel, far exceeded any 5 star hotels that we have tried in the past. We have stayed at the W in Sydney Australia, and yet the W in Osaka, still exceeded our expectations. Jason from the WET amenity area was a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a wonderful time at the W.

Modern luxury
Great location in such a nice area near the station and luxury/Shinsaibashi shopping. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, breakfast spread is the best I’ve had in any hotel and staff are so courteous. Spa was an extra special treat, Anna was fabulous and helped me customize my massage to focus on areas that were bothering me. Thank you!

I have been to Osaka many times, stayed at W Osaka for a few times. It has always been a very good experience. But this time I got a surprise with a high floor corner room that captures a splendid view of the beautiful midosuji shopping street. What a beautiful night view from there! Services have been exceptionally good as always. Particularly like the “whatever whenever button” on the phone.
