The receiption girls are completely incompetant🤬 Have they been taken directly from the Street and no know how of service?? They had no know how of room offers sent out on Internet 😱 They could not open the pc to see my order for july, because it was a newsystem😂😂 I wanted offered discount on my order, they had to phone a «college» who did not come. I was told to move away because it was people qewing up. and she didnt know when help came. I told her no , she should rather confirm my discount on Mail. Living in Tjuvholmen plus concept and nearest neighbour, this kind of incompetence will spread in neighbourhood by mouth. The thief should employ educated hotel people in reception or they will loose customers and income. We have been travelling in 5star Hotels all over the world in 30 years, but this kind of unproffesional hotel staff we have not ever seen.

Street noise loud. Very loud. Separate issue: Staff at front desk mixed re general support. Gentleman (Aidan?) was nice and very informative. Young lady attendant, later in day not friendly and quite rude when I asked her about art installation (lighted tree) in front of hotel.

This is a pleasant, stylish boutique hotel in a central location. We liked the lobby bar, with its carefully crafted cocktails. Rooms are relatively well appointed in the spartan local style. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific. The spa is on par with other hotels in this price range, but nothing exceptional. IMO this hotel is slightly overpriced even by local standards. But overall the Thief is a reasonable choice.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, room service and breakfast was wonderful. The Spa especially the cold water and ice therapy was wonderful. Restaurant recommendations from staff were fantastic and location meant exploring Oslo was simply delightful. However the frayed cables, although covered need to be replaced urgently around the lighting fixtures

Modern hotel, close to waterfront and multiple restaurants nearby. There is underground parking but we didn't need to use it Cosy bar, good service. Very friendly reception staff. Very clean rooms. Modern walk in shower Mini bar Enjoyable spa massage treatment Convenient walk about 10 minutes to tram stop at Akkyr Brygge. Took a little while to suss out the different light settings Able to cast to tv Good room temperature.
