Hotel has parties and weddings with extremely loud noise from the music. Should ask venue prior to booking.

Went with family in April 2024. My 4th time going to Aruba and other people in the group it was their 2, 3 or 5th time going. We really like it. My first time staying at the Hyatt. Beautiful property very well kept. The casino was fun and clean, the rooms were nice nothing fancy. I really enjoyed everything. Food: - The Breakfast buffet was delicious. - One of the pool bars had a build your own poke bowl, that was really good. - The mini mart had some decent items, could be more. But there's other stores to buy essentials. Hotel Staff: - Housekeeping, the lady who checked us in, my breakfast waitress and the bartenders were GREAT. Very nice, friendly and helpful. Pool/ Beach Staff: - I had issues every time I encountered them. Trying to get towels...towels was a 10min ordeal every time. Either they weren't there or you're answering tons of questions regarding your towel use. - I also found them to be very short and rude. Tip: grab a bunch of towels once and use them throughout the stay, avoid them altogether. GYM: Is located in a basement. just surprised its not facing the water or have any decent views. Its small relative to the property fairly busy (it doesn't take a lot of people to make it feel full). It was nice and clean, they provide sweat towels too (much easier to get). Overall: I would stay here if our favorite places Playa Linda or Holiday Inn are booked.

I’ve been to many places and many resorts, and this has been the most accommodating place that I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. Don’t waste your time with anything else.
