The Reef House

The Reef House is perhaps one of the most aesthetically beautiful places I've stayed. But it's so much more than that. The staff are the absolute backbone of this place. They are ALL genuinely kind, friendly people. They're not effusive but there when you need them. And the inclusions are a wonderful bonus. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is our fourth time staying at the resort and we love it. Pure relaxation and excellent service from all of the staff. Love the two pools and the resort is peaceful and quiet. The king vets brag rooms was just beautiful and the beds so comfy, The restaurant meals are excellent and the food each and every time has been fabulous. Melissa at the spa was also amazing. 5 stars from us.

The Reef Adults only retreat was a perfect place to relax and recharge. The inhouse activities were great and fun. The cleanliness of the resort was excellent. Staff absolutely adorable and accommodating. will gladly go back again.

We stayed at the Reef house for 4 nights in Jan. The hotel is right on the beach and has everything you’d want / expect from a 5* boutique hotel. The staff genuinely could not do enough for you. The rooms were beachy modern, comfiest bed and very quiet. The hotel offers so much more than just a room & a pool. There is a wine tasting & cocktail making experience, free punch & canapés everyday. Bikes to use for free, the spa and the restaurant was also amazing. Would definitely recommend booking for dinner! Could not fault this stay & we are already looking to book again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We went to Reef House as a group of 8 women celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday, and we honestly had the absolute best time. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the experience and all the thoughtful inclusions — the cocktail class, wine class, punch and canapés by the pool — everything felt so special and generous. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and truly did everything in their power to make sure we had the best time. A huge shout-out to the vibrant international team who made our stay so much fun and so memorable. We loved the yoga class by the beach, being able to wander around Palm Cove, or simply relax by the pool. The rooms were cool, spotless, and the bed was unbelievably soft. Such beautiful little touches too — the hat, water bottle, and book were a lovely surprise. I honestly can’t believe more of my local friends don’t know about this place. It will absolutely be my go-to for a weekend away with the girls or a relaxing escape with my husband. We loved our time here and are still glowing from the experience.
