Wonderful environment and hospitality
My friend and I had a wonderful night at the Reef House, a beautiful sunny day around the pool relaxing, complimentary sorbets and an opportunity to connect with other guests at 5pm manages. The highlight was the courtesy and kindness of the staff, thank you, we felt so welcome!

Heaven on earth in Palm Cove!
We had a lovely weekend "holiday at home" for my husbands 50th Birthday and to say we were impressed in an understatement. The resort itself is impeccable and views of Palm Cover stunning, however it was the staff that really made our stay. Karolina made sure we were thrilled with our room and that we had everything we needed, Youssef lead an informative and hilarious wine tasting and also opened up the amazing wine room so we could have a private drink in there in the evening and Rodrigo and Natalia took care of us in the restaurant for all our meals. The pools are stunning and you could not dream of a better location. Thank you to the Team at Reef House- you'll see us again soon!

What an experience!
From the moment we arrived at Reef House, we knew we were in for something special. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and this continued for our entire stay. We had heard many good things about the resort but it exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to our next visit.

A Beautiful Stay
I stayed here for 2 nights with my Mum. We had such a lovely stay and couldn’t recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt warm, welcoming and genuinely relaxing. The drink on arrival + cold towels is a lovely touch. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. It really made a difference and added such a personal touch to the stay. We especially loved the thoughtful touches throughout the stay, from the afternoon punch and canapés at 5pm to the stunning breakfast each morning overlooking Palm Cove Beach. The candlelight dinner was another highlight, creating such a beautiful and memorable atmosphere, I recommend ordering the QLD Barramundi, it was so delicious! 🤤 Thank you again for such a beautiful stay. We’ll absolutely be back!

Rooms were so stylish and well appointed staff were kind and very knowledgeable food was amazing loved the cocktail class and I really did like the no kids rule. All guests seemed to be happy and having a great time
