We stayed here for two nights on our way to Flagstaff to see the Grand Canyon and were very pleased that we did. It’s in a great central location, walking distance from the main street. We had drinks and snacks in the upstairs bar which was very pleasant. The staff there were friendly and accommodating. There was a street market on one night which was worth the visit.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and my travel partner. From the hotel transportation, to the front desk, the managers were always walking around visible at all times and asking if there was anything they could get you! Security was always visible which made me feel very safe. I would like to acknowledge Chris, Abigail, Gina and Leo, Shae, Viviana, just a few of the names I remember. I would definitely come back because of the excellent service I received. I was treated like Royalty!!!

This is not the Palm Springs experience. Staff are arrogant. Views over the car park. Not as advertised on the website. Wish I had not chosen this hotel. Service is very poor.

First time in Palm Springs and won't be the last. Staying here is one of the reasons. We had an amazing suite and the staff all around were great. We were welcomed warmly as a first-time guest and the valets were friendly and fast. Next time, I'd like to try the onsite dining options.

I can't say enough good things about the Kimpton Rowan. Not only are the rooms, location, and amenities exceptional (hello rooftop pool and bar), the staff is world class. They create a seamless experience from start to finish. We worked with their team to host a few of our pre-wedding events here and they're our favorite "vendor" from the weekend. Collaborative, helpful, and thoughtful -- I adore their team. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Heart of downtown without feeling chaotic or busy. You get the great location with elevated bars, restaurants, and services tucked away at the hotel. Worth every single penny in our eyes.
