OMNI for the best stay.

This place is out of this world comfort and fun. Kids had a blast, adults enjoyed some R&R and the staff was unreal. Doors are opened for you wherever you walk, food and drinks from coffee to Pima coladas were so good. Will always be back. Thank you OMNI

Time for a facelift.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

This place needs a serious overhaul. From the bathrooms to the furniture, it appears there have been no upgrades in decades. And the set up is like a motel. The only problem is that on a busy weekend no parking spots are available in front of your room. You’ll be walking with luggage at least a few buildings away. Unless they do a major revamp of this property, places like the Desert Springs Marriott and other nearby properties will be getting the travelers.

Rough around the edges

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Overall, this resort is very pretty. The views over the golf course and the grounds are really picturesque. But the closer you look the more you realise it really is a lowly 3 star. Lots of updates and improvements needed from the outdated and somewhat shabby rooms to the pool area. The first day we were there was the quietest. We arrived around midday in a $50 uber from the airport and the pool wasn’t busy at all. We had a great, if very expensive day round the pool. The next day, it was chaos. Spring break has started so queues were forming about an hour before the pool opened them when the gates opened it was a free for all and every man for himself in the fight to get a sun lounger. Many saved using towels and things only for families to be absent most of the day. The first day the pool also had to close early because some kid had poo’d in it which wasn’t ideal although not the hotels fault. The upside of the pool area is there’s a handy shop and wait service although be prepared to part with a lot of cash for both! The rooms are old fashioned but clean about… except housekeeping never visited us. They gave us a knock at 4 when we were back in our room as our son was napping so this was pretty awful service. We raised it at check out but they didn’t bat an eye lid. Just as when they were supposed to text us when our room was ready on the day we arrived and didn’t, so we raised this and got the same unbothered response. The location of the hotel is out of the way of downtown Palm Springs but you have a few restaurants and a mall nearby. Next time I’d stay more central and at a nicer resort. The upside of this was of course the pool and the fact it had a lazy river and slides, ideal for our 5 year old. All in all over priced and rough around the edges with service definitely lacking, but if you want your kids to have some fun pool time, a decent choice

Unsafe protuding nails on carpets of suite

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I spent $5K+ on a suite and connecting room at this hotel for a family trip. Two kids aged 1 and 3. On the last day of our trip I stepped on an exposed nail protruding from the carpet. After further investigation, there were 3-5 nails coming out of the carpet. The maintenance/security officer said "this is crazy unsafe you definitely should call the hotel and ask them to hook you up because they will." I had my babies running around the room all week. I was hoping to get maybe a night taken off my bill for the inconvenience and unsafe environment. Instead they told me to "get lost." Not exactly the experience you expect when staying at a lux resort.

Great Crew!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Our annual Stagecoach trip was fantastic! We all had a great time, and the boys, especially, who got to go to Stagecoach for the 1st time. It's safe to say the resort stole the show for them! They couldn’t get enough of the pool, the slides, and the smoothies. Huge shoutout to Ashley and her team for making our stay truly unforgettable! Everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate you, thank you!!
