It was the second time, I stayed here and expectations were high, since first time was amazing. All expectations were met this time again. Staff is so kind, the hotel itself is such an oasis, breakfast super nice and they make some of the best cocktails in town! Hope to be back again soon!

This hotel exceeds at creating a quiet, relaxing experience right in the heart of Palma. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL with everything being thought out, well executed and spotless. The pool area is never too busy and always perfectly attended by the staff. All food and drink and breakfasts were above expectation, our waiter remembered our coffee order every morning! The room was comfortable and clean and provided lovely touches like coffee pods, a perfume bar and luxury wash products. The staff really make the hotel-friendly and warm they make you feel right at home!

Our first time in Palma, we booked at the Concepcio for a 5 day break. The hotel is the best we have ever experienced. Outstanding service and cleanliness; amazing food; a lovely pool and terrace; and all the staff are wonderful. We will definitely return!

From the moment we entered the hotel we knew this would be the most amazing experience. The hotel decor is simple but edgy and exudes sophistication. The hotel retains the original ceilings on the ground floor area which only adds to the ambience and style of the communal areas. The outdoor pool is particularly charming and located on the first floor. A cute pool and comfortable seating on different levels. The location of the hotel is excellent as it’s an only a short walk to the main shopping area as well as the ‘Catedral’ and port. Our accommodation was pure luxury with a his and hers wardrobe either end of the suite. Not only that a bath in the main room. The only bath in the hotel! The breakfast was outstanding with every option available. We couldn’t fault it at all. The staff were subtly attentive and we would especially like to mention Alba & Adriele who checked us in when we arrived and highly recommended The Hotel Almundaina rooftop bar which had spectacular views from the eight floor. Finally special thanks to both Natalia and Fer who recommended The Hotel Portixol for a poolside lunch and even rang through to ensure we were looked after perfectly. Thank you to every member of staff at The Concepció for such a memorable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!
