Amazing hotel with wonderful staff who were helpful and friendly. Was especially nice to have someone meet us as we pulled up to show us to the underground parking and to our spot. The hotel is clean and well decorated, we had a junior suite which was massive!! The hotel is in a great location to the old town only a few minutes walk away to lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was great with lots of choice of fresh produce. Would definitely recommend

What a pleasant surprise to find this excellent hotel in the heart of Pamplona and so conveniently located from the bus station. The lobby was elegant and classic and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was quite the happening scene in the nearby park with triathlon athletes celebrating the event. We topped off our stay with a breakfast buffet that was best in class- the hostess (Nuria) was graciously greeting us and all the international guests while the attendant (Fabiola) was on her toes serving our tables! Best price to boot!

This is a modern well furnished hotel that is on the northern edge of the town where most activities take place… good location ..and easy walk to churches ,bull ring ,parks and restaurants .. During f3stivals there will be noise from marching bands etc..but that is everywhere..parked our car in a underground garage for 5 days…did not need it..garage was several blocks away

We arrived at the same time as the annual “Tapas Fest”. So the streets and bars were packed. A very festive time coupled with late late night noisy revelry in the streets and parks. This hotel is next to the old district and parks and the revelry noise went on all night. This was exacerbated by street noise of traffic and trash collectors. The hotel refused to allow usage of the air conditioning system so we were compelled to try to sleep with the windows open. It sucked! The safe didn’t work initially and gave problems over our stay. Supposedly the best in town…. Not by me…

Nice hotel on the edge of the old town. Had parking and easy to get to from the airport or driving. Good breakfast, helpful staff that speak good English. Very nice stay. Would return. Lots of excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance of this hotel to sample some real north Spanish food.
